Taking Care Of Your Seed

A Christian life is a new life and the life is a kind of life that is different from the worldly life (flesh). This new life can only be gotten through Christ Jesus. Through the new life you’ll be able to have eternal life. The new life you have is when you give your life to Christ (born again), when you surrender all to Christ.

This kind of life might seem difficult to a new convert because they’re not use to it that’s why mentoring and supervision is needed. Most new convert easily fall cause they lack knowledge and understanding in some areas, that’s why they need to be taught by the right person. That was why Paul taught and sent other Apostles to teach the church in Rome, Corinth e.t.c.

It is what these new converts are been taught, that they will carry round. They are young seeds and they need to be nurtured well to prevent half baked Christians. Sadly we have them around and causing havoc and influencing more people. 

As superiors, we need to constantly make sure that our seeds (new convert) are well nourished for the harvest season. Mentorship is greatly needed for a new convert to help them grow.

How Do You Take Care Of Your Seeds (New convert)

1. See that they are genuinely save: A new convert life is like a seed that’s been planted, to let it grow and germinate, they need to be totally saved so as to be an heavenly candidate. You let them understand that they’ve assume a new nature and the things of old should stop because it will affect their new nature, it will affect their new identity.

2. Help their growth: The early stage of a new converts life is very fragile, they need to be taught well for future propose. This stage is a very crucial stage in a new convert life, they need critical and sound teaching to help their spiritual growth. There are half baked Christian out there and they are affecting new convert, because they were not well nurtured, since they re just starting their spiritual life they need serious check ups, prayers, teaching e.t.c to help them grow so that the wind of doctrine won’t blow them down.

“We are raising soldiers who will also raise other soldiers so when training them let’s train them well so that the battle will be easy”

With all these half baked Christian will reduce.
