The devil's hidden card that kills many Christians by Alagbe Shenayon

Early this week, I encountered a challenge that left me feeling confused and frustrated. It happened so quickly, catching me off guard, and I was unprepared. A friend shared a similar experience, and we were both worried, wondering why these things were happening.

I became deeply engrossed in the situation, trying to figure out what was going on. Then, I stumbled upon an online video that discussed how the devil uses worry as a tool against Christians. We often treat worry as a minor issue, but it's actually a powerful tool that believers should be cautious about.

I recall a friend who was so worried that they were on the verge of committing suicide. Fortunately, they received a timely call that changed their perspective and helped them recover. Worry is a significant tool in the enemy's hand, and it can creep in through two main avenues: events or circumstances, and people.

The devil uses these avenues to introduce worry into a believer's life, making it difficult for them to overcome. Worry can lead to depression, frustration, and even suicide, which is not part of God's plan for believers.

The ironic thing about worry is that it cannot solve anything. Instead, it creates more problems. When we worry, we might do things we shouldn't, and worry can lead to depression and frustration.

So, what should a believer do in the face of worry? That's the best time to get close to God. Interestingly, the issue that caught me off guard earlier this week has been resolved by God Himself.

When faced with worry, pray to God first. If the issue is within your power to solve, take action. However, if it's beyond your control, entrust it to God. Worry is not designed to solve problems; instead, it can lead to even greater trouble. The devil can exacerbate worrisome situations, causing more significant problems.

Pray and ask God for help. Let Him show mercy on you and your life, and rejoice in the miraculous workings of God in your life. If you're currently facing challenges, hold on to hope. God will transform your struggles into testimonies. Although it may not be easy, and the pain is real, I strongly believe that God will help you overcome it soon. You will share your testimony and glorify God."
